Lab product wiring diagram

Interactive interconnect for the Phase 1 lab stack: Jetson Orin Nano Super, USB UVC camera, NVMe, Ethernet or WiFi, and the temporary camera fixture. Click a part or cable for purchase links and assembly notes.

Interactive wiring diagram

The schematic is the product interconnect. Switch to 3D to orbit the bench. Solid lines are the default lab path. Dashed lines are mechanical joints or optional field/bench extras.

Power rule: Jetson USB-C is PD 19 V, not 5 V USB. The camera is bus-powered from USB 3. The HDMI panel is optional and bench-only.

Rendered with wire-diagram. Toggle Schematic / 3D in the canvas corner. Built-in models are illustrative silhouettes, not manufacturing CAD.

Part links match Phase 1 - Lab BOM. The diagram is a visualization aid, not a verified assembly specification.

Pre-power checklist

First power-on sequence

  1. Connect Ethernet, NVMe and the camera USB cable before applying PD power.
  2. Plug the USB-C PD brick into Jetson, then into the wall.
  3. Confirm the carrier LEDs come up and the camera appears with v4l2-ctl --list-devices.
  4. Start entrance-observer on a known clip or live UVC source.
  5. If the camera drops, swap the USB cable before changing model or tracker settings.
