Phase 3 - Production kit

Phase 3 converts the field MVP into a repeatable Entrance Observer kit that Gratheon can sell, support, update, and manufacture. The production design should be selected from measured field data, not from developer-board convenience.

Phase outcome

Gratheon has a supportable entrance-observer SKU with documented compute, camera, enclosure, power, network, connector, telemetry, video, QA, and service requirements. The product can be installed repeatedly by non-developers and can survive outdoor apiary operation.
