Field MVP BOM - это первый outdoor kit. Он должен быть weatherproof, battery-powered и полезным для pilot beekeepers, но всё ещё собираться из распространённых modules, а не custom PCB.

Покрываемая функциональность

  • Измеряет вес улья одним 100-200 kg load cell или четырьмя 50 kg bar cells.
  • Измеряет внутреннюю температуру водонепроницаемым DS18B20 probe.
  • Измеряет ambient temperature and humidity в vented protected location.
  • Измеряет battery voltage или charge state для low-battery warnings.
  • Отправляет данные каждые 10-15 минут и batches data, когда WiFi unavailable.
  • Использует weatherproof enclosure, cable glands и field-safe wiring.

Installation consumables

  • UV-resistant zip ties или stainless cable clips.
  • Butyl tape или silicone gasket sheet только там, где это допускает enclosure vendor.
  • Rubber feet или anti-slip pads между frame и hive stand.
  • Stainless screws/bolts для влажной outdoor среды.
  • Labels для device ID, hive ID, firmware version и calibration date.

Критерии выхода

  • Device survives rain-protected outdoor operation without water ingress.
  • Weight trend достаточно полезен, чтобы обнаруживать daily gain/loss и sudden movement.
  • Battery telemetry видна или как минимум логируется локально.
  • Устройство может работать реалистичный pilot interval с выбранным report cadence.
  • Пчеловод может установить его без soldering inside hive body.
