• Logo & name is going to be trademarked

• Hardware devices (method of operation) are going to be patented

• Hardware design and UI design (unique external look) is going to be patented

Product moat

To reduce churn and have “Product moat” stickiness of the product we focus on:

• Continous collection of 💽Datasets from user data and keeping it private for improving model precision.
  • Only part of datasets (collected directly by the company in the field) are going to be public.

• Holistic approach to beekeeping gives us a competitive edge
  • full vertical product ownership with hardware makes “moat” wider
  • multiple AI models used allows us to be flexible in detecting various objects

• Intangible asset. 🧪Brand should give a feeling of high-quality care for the bees 🐝

• Switching cost. We do not limit user data extraction, but you do need to write a software to explicitly export data via API.
